UsedAutoX is a China-based vehicle export service provider. We facilitate the sourcing, inspection, documentation, and logistics of new and used vehicles for international importers, distributors, and dealerships.

3. Vehicle Listings & Pricing

  • All vehicle prices displayed are FOB (Free on Board) prices in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, exchange rates, and vehicle availability.
  • Vehicle images are for reference; actual vehicles may vary in color, configuration, and condition.
  • A formal quotation and proforma invoice will be provided upon inquiry before any transaction.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to a signed purchase contract or proforma invoice.
  • Standard payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment.
  • We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and Letter of Credit (L/C).

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to port congestion, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer per the agreed Incoterms (typically FOB at the port of loading).
  • We recommend buyers purchase marine cargo insurance for all shipments.

6. Limitation of Liability

UsedAutoX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction from which the claim arises.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of UsedAutoX unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Guangzhou, China.
